David backs new all-British electric car and APGDI call to support UK design & innovation sector. To many, the phrase ‘electric car’ probably conjures an image that is more milk float than sleek sports car. But this week David lent his support to an electric car prototype that looks as though it could give Jensen Button a run for his money.

On Wednesday 10th June David attended a reception in the Palace of Westminster for the All-Party Group for Tribal Peoples. The All Party Group for Tribal Peoples works with the charity 'Survival - the movement for tribal peoples'. Which is an international organisation

David is sitting on committee for The Equality Bill which will ban discrimination against carers by protecting people who are ‘associated with’ someone who is disabled. This will apply in employment and in the provision of goods, facilities and services.
