The Up for Debate - Final Report is now available for you to read on the website. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who filled in and returned the survery. It has been an excellent piece of research and one which I now hope to use up in Westminster.

On Friday 20th November I attended a fund raising event for Dursley Out Of School Club.

Friday 20th November saw David visiting Thomas Keble School with the United Nations Associations. David spoke to Year 10 and other invitees on the issue of Conflict in the World.

On Tuesday 17th November I attended the opening of the new entrance at Park Junior School. It was great to go along, to meet friends and celebrate their new entrance.

David visited Archway on Friday 13th November to present Year 7 with their free maps from Ordinance Survey. This scheme has been running for several years and hundreds of children in the constituency have benefited from it.

On Sunday 15th November David attended the morning service at Stroud Baptist Church, the service was dedicated to collecting Christmas Boxes for Operation Christmas Child.

David welcomed the decision to redouble the line between Swindon and Kemble made on the 12th November at the meeting of the Strategic Leaders Board in the South West – Transport Infrastructure Board.

On Saturday 7th November I joined a group of cyclists on a ‘Re-cycling Against Incineration Day’. Their slogan ‘Remember, Remember the 7th November’!

On the 6th November David visited Cainscross Co-op to celebrate with them USDAW’s Respect Shopworkers Week; part of the Freedom from Fear Campaign.
